Another Success for Austria
Sanna Nielsen's hopes of a Swedish victory were dashed last night as Austria took home the trophy for the second year in a row.
Måns Zelmerlöw, a popular singer and TV host in Sweden, delivered a rousing performance of his song Heroes, but it wasn't enough to win over the jury and televoting public. In the end, Austria's Conchita Wurst emerged victorious with her song Rise Like a Phoenix.
This is the second win for Austria in as many years, after Conchita Wurst won in Copenhagen last year. It is also the first time that a country has won the Eurovision Song Contest twice in a row since 2009.
The results of the Grand Final were as follows:

- Armenia - Aram Mp3 - Not Alone
- Hungary - András Kállay-Saunders - Running
The Eurovision Song Contest is one of the world's most watched non-sporting events, with an estimated 195 million viewers in 2014.
